IC-M330GE VHF DSC Marine Radio
ICOM
New intuitive user interface
Icom's new Marine Radio user interface with rotary knob and navigation keys enable intuitive operation. The high-resolution dot matrix display makes information easy to read.
Built-in GPS receiver with external GPS antenna
The built-in GPS receiver shows you your location, course and speed. This information is acquired using GPS, GLONASS and SBAS data. Position information can thus be optimally used for DSC calls. Due to the external GPS antenna, this device is particularly suitable for installation "deep in the ship". The patch antenna can be easily guided behind the panel and mounted in the window area.
New speakers with clear sound
These new speakers deliver distortion-free, clear sound at any volume. In addition, the speakers provide a dynamic bass and treble range.
Integrated Class D DSC
DSC monitors activity on channel 70 (DSC channel) even while receiving on another channel. The DSC features include: distress alert, individual and group calls, all ship calls, position requests / report calls, polling, DSC test calls, etc.
Standard NMEA interface
When an external GPS receiver is connected, the IC-M323 display will show the current position and time. When DSC information is received from other vessels, it transmits the IC-M323 to external navigation devices via its NMEA-0183 port.
Compatible with the class B MA-500TR AIS transponder
The IC-M323 can be paired with the MA-500TR Class-A AIS transponder so that you can send individual DSC calls without manually entering the MMSI number first. This is very handy if you want to contact other ships that are visible on the AIS monitor and it is also an important emergency security feature.
Waterproof according to IPX7
This IPX7 standard, which meets the requirements of the IC-M323, guarantees watertightness for at least 30 minutes at a depth of 1 m.
Favorite channel function
With this function, it is possible to select channels faster and more easily. In order to accomplish this, frequently used channels are marked with a "tag". When pressing the up / down buttons on the handheld microphone, the channel selection is then made exclusively from the selected channels, all others are skipped.
AquaQuake™
The AquaQuake™ drying feature prevents the deterioration of audio quality due to water ingress.
HM-235B / with handheld microphone
The included HM-235B / W handheld microphone with channel up / down buttons also has a CH16 channel button.
