ADD A BATTERY works just as easily as an ON-OFF switch and allows two batteries to be charged from a single power source. ADD A BATTERY is easy to use and install and can be used with generators with a maximum output of 120 amps. ADD A BATTERY consists of a battery switch and an automatic charging relay. These components simplify charging and switching between batteries, so that you can turn the battery switch ON when you arrive and turn it OFF when you leave the boat. We strongly advise against using this relay in conjunction with LiFe(Y)PO4 batteries, as the higher nominal voltage or working voltage range of lithium batteries is not compatible with the levels for lead-acid types.

MASTERVOLT

In AGM batteries, the electrolyte (mixture of water and sulphuric acid) is largely absorbed in glass fibre. This type of battery is entirely maintenance-free and there is no gas formation with normal use. As the battery does not require any ventilation, these batteries can be installed anywhere.
